My order was not processing properly, but when I emailed the company I had an email back within a couple hours telling me that the problem was fixed and the order would shop soon. Very fast response with a fix for the problem!

I currently own a few products and plan to own the luggage in the near future. Customer service has been Excellent. The products are very well organized and you can tell the Nomatic team has put a great deal of effort into the designs! I’m a Frequent traveller and very rarely am I surprised by a bag that that has some unique features that I find so useful! Great products!

I just contacted Nomatic in regards to shipping cost. The response was very fast and detailed.
I bought a while ago the 6 ltr Navigator sling. The bag is great, very thought out and so far a good quality. One thing I would sort of complain about is the upper part of the strap. The end is pressing against the buckle. I have some audio gear and a 20000 MA battery pack in it, so it is quite heavy. That end I mentioned before is pressing against my collar bone, which makes it a little uncomfortable. I have to readjust the position quite often. Make that end bit a bit longer and problem solved. Apart from that, full recommendation.

I have never imagine how good this bag is, really congratulations to the team, this is the perfect backpack i was looking for!

I’ve been an active traveler all my life. And the Nomatic product line doesn’t disappoint, as the quality materials are gorgeous, and the organization and esthetics are well thought out. The clean lines were what originally drew me in, but the quality materials sealed the deal. These are products that will last, and are a good investment for those who travel frequently, work on-the-go, or enjoy high quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend Nomatic products for the fussier, more distinguished Nomad.

For months I have been following NOMATIC on Instagram and I’ve been meaning to buy a bag but haven’t really needed it. A few weeks back, I finally gave it a go and ordered their new face masks. Unfortunately, after all the waiting I got notified my ordered had been delivered but nothing was at my front door. After contacting NOMATIC about the situation, its great costumer service created a new order for me. This definitely will not be the last time I buy NOMATIC.

This is a no brainer! They make the best luggage in the industry. So well designed, engineered and thought out. I love all the extra pockets, the high quality material and wheels (on the new roller bags). These folks know what they are doing and making the best is what they do. I even love the new facemasks! Way to go Nomatic. Keep up the great work!

Amazing and functional bag that doesn't not skip on the professional look. Makes one bag travel easy and has massive functionality without losing appeal and comfort. I would recommend this to any person who has daily carry gear for work or to anyone who wants amazing bags for personal travel.

Had to go back a place another order right after my first. I just couldn't be happy with just 1 planner, so I had to order another 2 notebooks. I emailed support, got a quick response from Brie, and they helped me out on my purchase that charged me on shipping. Fast, easy, human support. I heard that Emerson was going to give her a nice size raise cause her KPIs are on point.

I've loved nomatic products since I first saw their website. They make travel products that are stylish and extremely functional while adhering/favoring the minimalist in me. The customer service when my product was lost in transit was above and beyond as they immediately put in a replacement order right away. The products combined with excellent customer service made me a nomatic fan for life.

I have purchased over a half dozen unique products from Nomatic, including travel gear, a backpack, notebooks and more. Their product quality is superb and I believe it matches their prices in all the products I have purchased so far. I have had to reach out to customer service on one occasion and I received a response and resolution the same day, so this was only makes me comfortable doing business with them again in the future.

Nomatic has always made outstanding gear above expectations! I currently own a few of the products, and the quality is just outstanding! I couldn't imagine going with any other company for my travel needs. That bus stops with Nomatic!
